BookFreely is an online marketplace that connects customers with trusted local service businesses. It's a two-sided platform: customers get a single place to search, compare, and book services with clear deposit and refund policies up-front. Businesses get a lightweight system for managing their calendar, taking payments securely, communicating with customers, and growing their book of business.

Our mission

Our mission is to make booking any service — from a haircut to a home repair to a private chef — as simple as booking a table for dinner. Independent service businesses deserve modern software, and their customers deserve clarity about what they're paying for and when.

How it works

Payments are processed securely through an encrypted checkout. Customers pay only the deposit each business sets — refundable or non-refundable is disclosed on every listing before checkout. When a booking completes, funds are automatically routed to the business's payout account, minus BookFreely's 5% platform fee. Identity verification is handled by our secure payments partner, so a business becomes active on the marketplace as soon as verification is confirmed.

Why it matters

Most service bookings still happen through phone calls, DMs, and calendar screenshots. That's stressful for customers who don't know what they're committing to, and painful for businesses juggling reminders, no-shows, and payment collection. BookFreely brings both sides into one place with the transparency and safety of a real marketplace.
